INFRASTRUCTURE
Computer Centre
The college has an exclusive computer centre catering to the needs of the M.B.A
students. At present, this centre is equipped with a range of software with the
latest hardware configurations in various platforms. The machines in the
computer centre have high speed internet connectivity. The computer centre is
kept open between 8 am and 9 pm.
Library
The Daniel Poor Memorial Library is
centrally located and has about 1.37 lakh books. More than 60 different
journals covering a wide range of subjects are subscribed. The library has an
online catalogue and a computer network connects this main library to the
department libraries. The open access system enables the student to use the
library independently. Apart from the main library, the Department of
Management Studies has an exclusive library facility to meet the specific needs
of the MBA students. The library is equipped with more than 4000 books on
Business and Industrial Management, which provide an opportunity for
independent study and in-depth research. Besides, 34 National/
International Journals are subscribed to.

Hostel
The college has four men’s hostels and one women’s hostel at different
locations in its sprawling campus. The hostels have adequate facilities
and a good living environment outside the class is provided to the
students.
Sports
The college has a vast play area. This includes floodlit volleyball and basket
ball courts, football and hockey fields, badminton and tennis courts and a 400
meter running track. The college maintains a well-equipped fitness center with
a multi-station gym. Students can receive special training for their
physical fitness under the supervision of a gym master.
Placement
The department has been securing placements for its students in corporate like
ICICI Bank, TI Cycles, UTI Bank, HDFC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Ashok
Leyland Finance, JWT, AMP Sanmar, TVS Group, Cholamandalam Investments and
Finance Corporation, Pepsi, Coca Cola, ABN Amro, Kotak Securities, Jobsdb.com
etc.
