We consider every one of you as the most important entity in the process of academic exercise in our college. The Vice-Principal’s office is here to help you in all matters especially your attendance and guide you to complete the course with necessary attendance percentage and your leave procedure on other duties like extra curricular, and co-curricular activities. You may just walk in and represent your academic and non-academic grievances right away to the Vice-Principal. The parents also could meet the Vice-Principal to give their valuable suggestions and also to know the academic and attendance status of their wards. Moulding the overall personality of the student is the thrust area of the college which reflects in the college motto ‘Purificatus non Consumptus’. If the students feel any kind of inconvenience and accommodative problems they could be represented to the Vice-Principal’s office. Apart from these matter the availability of scholarships, Bonafide certificates,in connection with June repeat or course repeat informations, the students need to get their quarries clarified in the office.

The Vice-Principal and his office will help the students in all these needs and make their stay in the college as a fruitful, rewarding, challenging and memorable one.

Bursar is the Finance Officer of the College. He works in close co-ordination with the Principal and Secretary. He has control over the administration of the Finance and Property of the College. He makes all payments sanctioned by the Principal and Secretary. He acts as the purchasing agent of the College. The Bursar maintains correct accounts of all financial transaction and presents an annual balance sheet, statement of account and audit report to the Finance & Property committee and the Governing Council of American College.

Bursar will always be responsible to the Principal & Secretary of The American College.
