Undergraduate department functions in the ground floor of the Binghamton Hall
with spacious class rooms, laboratory, library cum reading room and a museum.
Post graduate department is functioning in first floor of the Stoffer Hall. It
has well furnished class rooms, well equipped laboratory, seminar hall and
library cum reading room.
Modernization of education with latest
technology is practiced through the use of audio visual aids, equipments like
Over Head Projector (OHP), Slide projector and Models. Computer and Internet
facilities are also made available for doing advanced research and teaching.
Students are given opportunity for field work and are taken on study tour to
learn beyond the class room.
PG and Research Department of Zoology has adequate facilities to conduct
various research programme. Full time and part time researcher are working for
their Ph.D programmes.Four scholars were awarded Ph.D degree and ten scholars
are working.
