The Staff and Students work in close harmony and aim at the total development of students. The enthusiasm and eagerness of the students to be part of the programme is encouraging. It is finally believed that the Jivana Jyoti programme will continue and to grow towards greater and greater assistance in the years to come to the needy students. There are Two full time faculty, who take care of the programme. They are assisted by two programme assistants who help them in the lab sessions.
